Business Group Collaboration to Secure CMS Rx Reporting Flexibility

Business Group on Health, with others, requests CAA 204 Rx reporting relief and flexibility for employer plans sponsors

The 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act Section 204 requires employers to report certain Rx information by December 27, 2022 (extended from 2021). Employers with multiple vendors and data files have faced numerous technical challenges and the Business Group, in coordination with others, continues to work to ensure CMS is aware of the challenges and makes technical and enforcement accommodations for such plans.
